"Public Support" can mean many things, Padwan ...

1. I'm continuing to book BA.
2. I've authorised Company travel with BA again.
3. "The Public" [definition obviously vague] don't give a shot any more.
4. "The City" doesn't give a shot either, because HQ BA is on top of the situation.
5. "Public Support" means nothing, unless connected with revenue Pax.

Therefore ... the aircraft will be full, and profitability will be in the hands of BA, and "Joe Public" is only interested on getting to his holiday destination [which he will].
