My boyfriend just reached the 1M mark in November. He said it took him 12 years to get there. Also, this year is the first he ever made plat so he never flew more than 50k a year. He also never did miliage runs or any challenges as he didn't know about them until I recently told him. (he was non too pleased to hear about them either!)
