On the other hand, I have done AF Y on the 772 and 773 from CDG-NRT and survived. The 772 is better with 9 abreast seating. I found AF Y quite good tbh -the crew were lovely and the food was also quite good. The only thing is, both the landings felt as though the plane was about to slip off the runway.
'fraid not for much longer Sir. All 777's are getting the 10 abreast treatment and I was on a 772 from Cairo in May with exactly that. NEVER AGAIN. Awful doent come close. Been on 10 abreast 777s on EK before and they were ok as they provided a couple of more inches legroom as 'compensation'.....made a difference.
