No the OP specifically states he is booking one room. It appears that he is booking as 2 adults and 2 children instead of as 4 adults.

My wife and I are travelling with good friends of ours and will have 4 adults in one room for a weekend stay at the Charleston Marriott and 3 adults on another weekend stay at the Louisville Marriott using the aforemention stay for breakfast rates.
