I agree. Flying has so many problems that having control over this one thing - getting a choice seat - improves my outlook 100% and makes me a "friendly" frequent flyer.
BTW, does anyone know if there is a limit to how many travelling companions you can upgrade if they fly on your flight? electronic upgrades
