im pretty sure that the current shorthaul operation for W10 at LGW only requires two A319's based at LGW and as such the rest of the A319's were transferred back to LHR, however im sure that SRG will be along to give you the correct information.

as for refurbishment, the 757's seem to get transferred over to BA LGW to have the paint and internal fixtures removed so im guessing that as the last of them are retired and sent out to the desert for FX that we will see the remainder of the 734 fleet getting the seating etc from the 75's
