What the **** did they do to ORD??

I'm sorry, but the changes made to the AA ticket counters at ORD seem crazy and poorly planned. I'm talking about the new checmical swipe tables and processors that you have to literally duck under to get to the counter! If not, you get a nasty bang on your head. The terminal has even less space now to walk as they've had to push the "snake-lines" closer to the doors to accomdate what look like old operating tables for the bag checks.

So now on top of the fact that if you take the CTA in the only UP escalator is at the far right end of the terminal and the AA ticket counters are at the opposite end, you have to dodge heave equip. in the air just to check in! Seems to me like they just bolted these babies to the floor before anyone looked and realised "Hmmm, they block the ticket agent - hope nobody hurts themselves...." D'oh!

As for the "Elite Security Check" that continues to be a joke. Last week the line was longer and glancing at boarding passes you'll see everything from Group 4 and 5 as well as Delta pax.

There is GOOD news though... They have added an EXP ONLY check in!! No lines!! But you have to look for it as it stands all alone on the other side (left) of the Elite security lines.

Happy flying...
