I found a few old threads partially related to this, but I have one simple question:

Now that BART does not run directly from SFO to Millbrae, is it possible to walk from the Airport (looks like Int'l Garage A is best) down McDonnell Rd then to Millbrae Ave to access Millbrae (preferably to In-N-Out, See's, etc)?

I've got a four hour layover in SFO coming up, and I don't really have the time to make it all the way into downtown SF and back realistically, and don't want to spend the stupid BART fare up to Colma and back (2 passengers), so is walking possible at all or recommended?

Google Maps shows 2.2 miles, and without stoplights, I should be able to make that in ~30 minutes, but I'm not sure if the roads are good for walking!
