As a suggestion to OP, have a look on itasoftware.com and do a comparison on cost with the different carriers. Make sure you use the advanced options to put in "premium coach" and limit the stops to "op to 1 stop" and very quickly you will get a list of all one stop options, with price and it will include premium economy and business tickets. I had a look at your itinerary for a random out/return date and the difference between prem econ on BA and biz on Kuwait (warning - dry airline, not best biz seats!) was only around 100 quid, with Qatar, Etihad, Gulf & Emirates not far behind. Picking other dates actually puts biz tickets with those carriers ahead of BA WT+!! Have a play with your dates and see what you get - if you can get a cheaper biz ticket than BA WT+, can persuade your company if the benefits, then IMHO any biz ticket via middle east would be a better bet!!
