It's a fairly short walk, but...:
- Unlike many other airports LCY does not have separate immigration queues for EU and non-EU. If you're unlucky enough to be stuck behind a lot of non-EU passengers (as has happened to me) you may have a very long wait
- If you're coming in at a busy time you may also have quite a long wait for baggage
I've made it onto a train in five minutes, even with checked baggage... but it's very much hit and miss.
