I must say I find this a weird attitude. I have no problem going to a lounge dragon and politely asking "I'm travelling in Imperial Class on Intergalactic SpaceWays. Am I permitted to use your Terran Hyperspaceline Presidential Class lounge?" or whatever it is.

My nephew was terribly worried about this when travelling alone and upgraded in CW at T5. Not only did the check-in agent tell him he could us Galleries Club, I even assured him over the phone that he could, but he told be he was worried about the embarrassment of being turned away. Eventually I convinced him he had little to lose, and of course he had no difficulty gaining admission.
