Hi,

I have been on this flight 2 times to DXB in F but from MEL and not from SIN. IIRC then from SIN to DXB they serve Breakfast & Light Bites only.

Now for the dining area in the EK lounge in SIN. No they do not have all the options but fixed items. There is no menu etc. Just food laid down as per the time of day. So basically you can look forward to dinner given the timing of your flight.
