I think upgrading the seats on the YUL-ZRH will come much later. From Swiss Website:

Airbus A330-200
This aircraft, offering a classic business class, will be gradually replaced with the new Airbus A330-300 which features fully lie-flat seats in SWISS Business. The transition will be completed by 2011.

I'm flying via BOS on the new 343 business class to ZRH. Perhaps just make a hop down that way to get out if u really want the new seating?
