It's just such a shame it is being gradually (if understandably) right-sized. I have used it often as a haven at the end of a long working day in Liverpool and the staff there were always incredibly friendly - one of them would even mix me a drink as soon as she saw me coming through the door!! Plus a couple of the lounge guardians were among the best on the network - names starting with J (mornings) and N (afternoons).. am sure the regulars will know who I mean!!
