Mobile units aren't allowed by any companies brand standards, this just further leads me to believe the system had a failure....Residence Inn's will had large commercial system for common spaces but then individual units for guest suites (this is the brand requirement for RI, also guest units can NOT be PTAC)...again given the heat waive going through CHI the past few weeks I wouldn't find this uncommon
