Incidentally there are no *A arrivals lounges -- afaik anywhere in the world. All arrivals lounges are just for the FF and premium passengers of the airline running them.
Both AC and UA have arrivals lounges in LHR though so that's not relevant in this case.
The AC flights would land at T3 so if you have an easy entry to the UK (EU passport or IRIS registration) then it's not really adding anything to your trip.
On the other hand your BMI flight in business should give you access to the *A lounge in T1 which have showers anyways so there's no particular reason to worry about the arrivals lounges.
