I flew from ZRH to ALA via FRA in C last week. Lufthansa lost my luggage and it's the fourth day that they can't locate it. Last I heard from them was that my bag was flagged in Calgary, Canada and that it was being sent by bmi to LHR ( that is a sure loss). Bottom line, completely frustrated by the consequences of lost luggage. Local office is clueless. Being Senator doesn't help either. I haven't received any offers of compensation, but I did file "contents report" with lufthansa. fingers crossed
