Jeff Lewis2, Same situation here. Only 1 referral. The person who got the card (and used it) got the 16 credits, but so far the 4 bonus credits for the person making the referral has 0. Same reply when calling, wait 8 weeks (it has been about 6 weeks so far). I will recheck in 2 weeks and then try calling again.

The referral card did not state one could not refer a relative, malta sr.

Like to hear your outcome in a few weeks.
