I had a terrible experience at this hotel this past weekend - specifically with the restaurant staff. After arriving around 6pm and checking with the front desk about space at the restaurant on site for dinner, and being told that there would be "no problem for a diamond member staying at the hotel to get space", we came back to the restaurant that evening around 8pm and were told that they were booked up for the whole night and that if we wanted food we could "go sit on the couches in the lobby and a server might come around". Not only that but after I explained to the maitre d' what the front desk said he proceeded to interrogate me and ask me where I work, where I was visiting from and if I was actually a diamond member (even asking me to show my card to prove it). I don't appreciate being accosted by hotel staff verbally on a Friday night when I'm a guest at the hotel, just trying to get a table for dinner after being told it wouldn't be an issue. Not surprisngly, they were magically able to conjure up a table for us after I asked to see the General Manager.

Never in 5 years as an SPG Platinum, 2 years as a Hilton Diamond or 2 years as a Hyatt Diamond have I have ever been treated so rudely.

Is there an official line or e-mail address to complain about Hyatt experiences?
