I don't have a Passport Card, as a NEXUS does everything a Passport Card does and more. I actually did explain about NEXUS briefly, though I didn't go into SENTRI or FAST. I was actually pleasantly surprised that it didn't involve calling in a supe. LAX again required a 2 striper who then had to take it back to someone else again.

And? Doesn't mean you shouldn't know what it looks like. You are supposed to be trained on this.

I haven't taken my belt off in the US in years. I did have to take it off in Brussels today, and still alarmed for whatever reason. I will say that the pat down was so incredibly professional that I went out of my way to compliment the screener. The TSA could take a hint from the screeners at BRU, who are contract workers from Securitas.
