Pretty sure LH knows - was upgraded to F last week on my way from ICN and was treated like sh.... (it takes ALOT for me to say so). This starts from being ignored during drink service, not getting a amenity kit, just making me feel not only unwelcome but unwanted. OK...enough ranting for today :-)
