I've been trying all month to get the eggs to be perfect with this breakfast! In the time it takes to serve the first person to the last one the eggs have gone from a bit soft and runny to hard as rubber.

My next plan is to take ALL the breakfasts out of the oven when I first serve row 1 so that they don't keep cooking in the oven in the time it takes to get everyone served.
