Turns out my funky mixed DBCFREE/PAID ticket itinerary was to blame - the computer decided they were all DBCFREE tickets and wouldn't credit my (paid) mileage. Human being at MP cust svc was very confused but got everything straightened out w/help of a supervisor. All good now ^
