Which is fine, but your supposition that the interactions of (all) other customers with CO customer service is somehow flawed due to information only you possess both defines and personifies

. Your view of the world is not omnipresent and should not be shoved down the throats of everyone else quite so eagerly.
CO has its faults to be sure, as does every other airline out there. It is ridiculous to make this a personal crusade to make sure everyone else on FT knows specifically how much more you know about airline operations than everyone else.
