CO has been in *A for nearly a year. They should have a rough understanding of the other *A routes from their airport. They were proposing routes to hang onto as much revenue as possible. Penny-wise, pound-foolish. Your flight is massively delayed on a mechanical. Give it up this time, take care of the customer, it will pay off down the road because you took care of them.
