I used it a few times a while back, because it was one of our corporate hotels. Try to avoid rooms next to doors as American teenagers seem to come and go all night, banging the doors each time (in summer it seems to be predominantly populated by American school groups!). The queues for breakfast can be fierce.

And in hot weather, the lack of aircon was a problem. Small rooms didn't bother me, this is London, nowhere has big rooms!
