Use Priceline and Hotwire on a regular basis as I'm not too tied to one particular brand or chain.

90% of the time I've been happy - ecstatic at what I've got. 8% I've been meh, and 2% "awww crap". For the savings of anything between 33 - 50% I've generally found, that's a ratio I can certainly live with.
