I was staying at the Le Meridien Piccadilly. They suggested St. James Square Garden because they cannot stop directly at our hotel due to the flow of traffic. I'm guessing if they have the ability to pick you up at your hotel they will and if not they would probably pick you up close to your hotel.
If you check out my youtube video around the 3:30 mark there is a few minutes of the tour, you'll notice the Beatles music and the bells from the Abbey in the background.
