Are you a new Diamond?

On my first stay as a Diamond ("achieved" as part of the fast track promo) the GH NYC didn't have any record of my new status, and I didn't have a card yet, so they had to call in to confirm.

It then took a while to actually get the card (I think I had completed the trial before I got the physical card for confirmation) and I now have it with me if I travel and expect to stay at Hyatt properties, but no one's wanted to see it since that first time.
