I am sure that it is not identical the the American Airlines flight attendants collective bargaining agreement.

If AA management wants to add duties and responsibilities to the job description of the flight attendants it should negotiate those with the union and reach an agreement on the particulars before the changes are implemented (often done as a side letter of agreement).
