Noooo. they need to perform the job which their contract requires them to do and also requires that the company remunerate them in accordance with it.

Slavery was abolished in the USA a while back and ownership of people is now frowned upon there iirc


Personally, I am very unimpressed with the service provided by AA FAs and outside of US airlines have never seen FAs just set themselves up on their seat and spend the flight reading a book but if they are doing what they are contracted to, that's life. AA gets my patronage solely due to being only airline to fly non stop ORD-LHR by day so put up with it

If wanting a Heathrow Express ticket, I suspect that it would be cheaper to buy online whilst in lounge at airport listening to the airports than to buy onboard
