Thank you Markie for your help I am drafting up a proposal to have circulated before passing on to the big boys.

However could I pick your brains a little further?

I am still wondering if a individual can still claim their own miles, if a flight has been purchased using company plus air miles?
So say my company uses their air miles to get a return trip to Houston, will the traveller still be able to claim air miles for their own account, or as it is a free flight both the individual and the company are not eligible to collect miles?
