We're coming in from different angles but I do not disagree with you.

Also, sometimes we need to step back and think...if we run over some unavoidable debris on the freeway and get a flat tire with the resulting blowout causing a brake-related mechanical malfunction, whose controllable fault is it that we couldn't make it to the airport ontime?
