I once experienced "worse" on CityLine: There was just one row of biz in a CRJ, and there was one paying passenger and me as opuped passenger. The purser told me: "I have only one biz-meal onboard, and as you got the upgrade for free, you have to eat the meal from economy".
Honestly, I was happy for the bulkhead-seat on the CRJ900 and the free seat next to me, so I couldn't care less.
Welcome to FT, by that way!
