Don't think any UA aircraft have power in Y, save for P.S. flights (JFK - LAX/SFO). I believe the new international 777 Y seats may have them - but there are only two in service at the moment, and I think are mostly flying in/out of LHR at the moment, so the chances are slim ot none.
