Same problems for me. Just ANOTHER frustration with Southwest's horrible new website design. Rather than improvements, new annoyances keep popping up.
And Victor, if the software "has touble" with special characters and leading or following spaces, why not actually disallow those? Why completely frustrate the users, especially when you encourage them to book online by not having the same fares available by phone? Or at least have a DEFINED error message that says what caused the problem so users won't keep re-trying before giving up?
