I flat-out disagree that

[email protected]), enthusiastically lead an excellent team of hotel staff. At least in the experience of my wife (also HH Diamond) and I nothing was too much trouble either before, during, or after our stay.
That sounds super. If you could elaborate on your stay that would be helpful - how was the lounge? Were you upgraded as a Diamond? Did you eat at the hotel? That would certainly help.
