I booked R/T Business Class AA Award Ticket rom LAX-HKG-BKK leaving on 15Nov and returning 3 Dec. I was downgraded on two segments; HKG - BKK on flight 713 (16 Nov) and the HKG - LAX flight 882 (3 Dec).
I constantly call AA to ask if CX has released any more seats in Business but always get "no". Is there any reasonable expectations of getting these two segments back to business class?
