My particular problem is that I'm taking two types of powerful diuretics first thing in the morning that cause me to P every hour or so each morning. Maybe I can take these later in the day or not leave for EXPO until afternoon. I'll discuss this with my doctor. I am incredulous that a country that has made such remarkable advances over the last few years still uses such primitive (I know all about cultural differences) facilities and that it is unsafe to drink the tapwater or use the ice. Everyone I've talked to says he/she will get a case of the runs sometime during their trip. Message: Take lots of Immodium along.
