• Update the time zone where you're located
• Specify Quiet Time when you don't wish to be called or notified via text message

I use these settings and they work very very well. I received my notice of an upgrade this coming Wednesday on my cell phone at 6am, as specified in my profile. I received the email in the middle of the night, right when the upgrade cleared.
