I don't know if this will work. With NW you could incorrectly enter a number 3 times and still get the PE line. With Delta it looks like it routes you based on the number; I believe the premium sales and service # is publically available, but they might route you to the regular desk if no number is entered. If DL takes over for AF then I'd imagine they'll take FB #s as well.
