I do like ICN and it is one of my most frequently used airports. But beg to differ on the terminal spa offerings. The only spa at ICN I'd set my foot in is the Hyatt Regency one, the others are sort of dingy and not very inviting.

Food at the restaurants operated by the transit hotel is reasonable and good value for money. Also the outlet of Kraze Burger, the Korean gourmet burger chain, is worth visiting landside.
