Used the seat in the hotel in the morning and I was fine for the day that way. I usually saw at least one western style cubicle everywhere I went.

As others have said take paper with you at all times.

One thing I did notice was that many toilets had automatic taps so no need to touch the handle.

I am talking from a man's perspective here so you may need to specifically ask re women's facilities if you have that requirement.
