Given that there are so many people going to EXPO I strongly suggest that you BYO tissue. Not sure inside the EXPO but most if not all public toilets in China are squat style. I suggest you "do your business" before leaving hotel, go to EXPO, then come back to your hotel and "finish your business" ..... That's what I do whenever going to China.
