It was downgraded to Piper. What can I say? Maybe instead of consuming only limited stock of piper they have on board I should maybe think of having more rest. However, champagne is important but not the most as long as crew know what they are dealing with. I like Thai but they have to push up their games, it is competitive market in this region. They need more update training. I wish they learn to address passengers by names, offer to hang up jackets without passenger have to request (I'm talking in business class) and pay more attention when cabin light been switched off, not everyone wants to sleep. They have such great resources, use them, plus everyone in the world love Thailand. Thai used to have such high reputation for premium airlines,now it is going downhill. Anyway I am supporting them and still fly Thai though. I like to see them change for better and I like their frequent flyer program.
Downgraded from what...? I think Piper is a fabulous drop and drink it at every possible chance!
