I hate to continue to complain about being denied boarding because i was late getting to the gate....

However i was told in the many responses that AC do not call out the flights in the MLL .....Thats not correct, in YYZ, they called the flight, and I am now in YUL and they are calling the flights in English and French....

So....I now feel that i am not fully at blame and i will write AC accordingly.

Same thing...Consistency !!! or lack there off.

At least i am consistent in my letter writing to AC...It must be one a week now.

Also, just a foot note....The Priorty baggage tags dont work in YUl, they were off last, maybe cause they were in English
