I do find it interesting that MCO has an exceptionally large share of grouchy agents. Maybe they should submit their resumes at a place not too far from the airport to work as "grumpy."
I do agree with another poster above, that I wouldn't have waited 30 minutes for the agent to help. You should have been a bit more pro-active in getting someone to help you...
Although they do have a large contingent of some old grouches, they do have some very nice agents, especially the nice lady in the RCC. Kind of reminds me of Annie!
