Attitude can go a long way when it comes to upgrades. I could care less what your title is but give me attitude because of it and you are going to get no where. I don't see this as a mistake, just some one on a power trip looking to get their a$$ kissed! I treat every one at all levels with respect at the hotels I stay at and would never correct them because I was not addressed Dr BBBB.
