You're entitled to your opinion, and are certainly free to comply with as many outrageous requests as you like.

I'd prefer to stand up for my Fourth Amendment rights. The courts have only given TSA the limited authority to examine items entering the "sterile" area for weapons, explosives, and incenderies-- and I'm pretty sure that the courts didn't have prison-style strip searches in mind when they created that tight leash around TSA's authority either.

Given a choice between doing that or not flying, I'd be at the airline counter seeing what could be done to provide a refund for the ticket. I draw the line at such abuses of authority, and would encourage other travelers to do the same whenever feasible.
