I would agree... With 22 seats in F, and the flight being prime dinner hour (5:45 PM EDT to 9:20 PM PDT), it seems like additional catering for non-sparkling wines would make sense.
Does anyone know whether they are required to destroy unopened bottles after each domestic leg? Or could they use them for the following trip? Being able to over-cater an evening hour flight without creating additional hard-dollar waste would certainly help...
If that's the policy, maybe they deserve to go bankrupt!
